Today was a gym day after work. We just did a quick workout, as it was a last minute decision to go. I did 15 minutes on the elliptical, got sweaty as hell, then did a bunch of ab exercises. Now that I home, it's time to do a 30 second plank then call it a night.
I probably have 10 more rows on the green and white monster. I will finish it tomorrow. I will.
Another short post... pictures tomorrow? We shall see.
